Fitness Room

Well Andy had to go to LC today, and I wanted to see if I could get a free background check done, but alas, I couldn't. But I brought Brad along so we could check out the gym. I... don't like the gym. It reminds me too much of basketball practice. Uhg. HOWEVER!!! We found the fitness room. And it is grand. So that's where we're going on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It has a two way mirror, and there's also locker rooms, so it'll all be good.

; ; i dun wunna be all fat and jiggly in a room full of people....

Whoops. :x

Forgot to post yesterday, but i did have my water and stretches

And I woke up today and had my water (I think i made a habit! :o go me) Though I waited a bit to do my stretches, i did do them.

So uhm. Anyone have any ideas for healthy meals or something like that? I'm still feeling my way around cooking, and I've made taco rice before, which is just tacos and rice, but the rice makes it more filling so you don't eat as much. I have a lot of rice and a rice cooker, so I'm not objecting to things that require that. And I know a lot of places are like OMG GO VEG AND B HEALTHYYY!! But I luvs meat. :( Don't take my steak away...

<strike>YOU MAKE ME VIOLATE YOU
NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE!</strike>

I did my stretches, yay! While the cable guy was here installing out HD box that I will never use. It's actually really nice having the book with all those stretches in them next to the bed. That way I can just grab it and go. :D

Last month, my challenge to myself was to drink a bottle of water when I got up. Today, I was really craving some toast and orange juice. And we didn't have any orange juice, so water it was. >_> Andy needs to stop drinking it all the time...

Intro post!!

Hey all. :D This is going to be my little daily check in journal, inspired by Zen Habits. It's a really cool website, and their message board is great. They have these monthly challenges that you make yourself; small goals to help you achieve a better life. But the thing is, no one replies to your posts it seems...

Now since I'm going to ATTEMPT to update this every day (srsly guys, if you watch this and see that I'm not, get on my case about it) I'm not going to expect all my buddies on my main journal to watch this. But I'll link to it occasionally just to see if you guys want to check up on me.

Sooo... let's see how this turns out. :D
